Theo inhabits the former Redhook Brewery in Fremont, which has now become a chocolate lover’s mecca. Founder Joe Whinney is now well known nationwide as the leading spokesperson for sustainable and delicious chocolate. You will pay around $6 for one of their handmade, guilt-free chocolate bars. Sales have been doubling each year, to $4 million (2008 est.); Theo hopes to reach profitability in 2008 .
